At Kareela Family Practice our patients are our priority. We value and appreciate all of your feedback, whether it is positive or negative. All feedback is taken seriously and is used as an opportunity to improve our practice and also resolve a problem if it arises.
We encourage all feedback to be made in writing with as much detail given as possible, ideally with a name and contact number so that we may provide you with a response or request for further information.

We strongly discourage complaints being made by phone call. We hope that you are able to take the time to write to us so that we can deal with any feedback appropriately.
We strive to provide a consistently high service, however you may feel that our service could be improved or you may have experienced a problem. Upon your contact with our practice we will swiftly endeavour to respond to the issue and implement improvements to the service we provide, if appropriate.
