We like to keep our waiting times to a minimum. Our reception staff will try to contact you if there is a delay. Please assist us by making an appointment before you come to the practice. You can book online via the link above, or phone & speak to one of our receptionists.
Appointments are generally 15 minutes. If you require a longer appointment, an appointment for more than one person, or have multiple topics to discuss, please request a longer appointment. New patients require a long consultation.
If you require a longer appointment, an appointment for more than one person, a medical or insurance report, or multiple appointments, please let the receptionist know.
Phone consultations with our doctors are available to regular patients of the Practice where medically appropriate. All phone consultations will be privately billed. Home visits are available, please phone reception to assist you with your enquiry.
Emergencies are given priority. Please tell us if your condition is an emergency.

Home Visits are available to regular patients of the practice. We encourage where possible that you visit the Surgery, however realize that this may not be possible at all times. Our receptionist will provide you with fees associated with home visits, as these are payable at the time of consultation.
